Didn’t get to complete a transaction with them, which is a shame as I’m a dealers dream for buying (Quick, serious, great credit). They were atrocious on their trade in offer for a 2 year old bike in excellent condition. I get trades are lower than market, but they offered less than half what the current cycle trader rate was at competing dealers in the area. I mean I would have seriously considered something more reasonable and bought a bike from them, but they weren’t even in the realistic deal range. The sales guy was rather rude too, insulting the bikes value when I called them on the lowball. They could have just politely said they don’t have an interest in a deal.

So lesson for them - you lost a great customer. Hopefully others have a better experience.

I recently bought a motorcycle from Work and Play Powersports in Yuba City, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Saxon Winther, the sales manager, was amazing—totally transparent and upfront about everything. I got a great deal, and they even gave me a nice discount on top of that!

Saxon and the team really went above and beyond. They helped me install a phone mount right there and gave me a free Kawasaki goodie bag, which was a nice bonus. Plus, I got a discount on the phone mount, which was awesome.

When it came to financing, Saxon explained everything clearly, even pulled up tables on the screen so I could see exactly what I was getting into—super helpful. Best part? I was in and out in 40 minutes!

Since I had to drive 3 hours to get there, they were really good about giving me all the info I needed and negotiating over the phone. No other dealership (car or motorcycle) has ever done that for me.

Overall, a solid experience! Highly recommend them if you're in the market for a bike.

This place is tremendous! It has an amazing selection of UTV's, Motorcycles, and powersport gear! I was fortunate enough to purchase a helmet, goggles, and gloves, for my son and daughter! The staff was great and the facility was immaculate. I will definitely doing be coming here for some equipment!

Great service, super helpful and knowledgeable mechanics that honestly want to help you. Could not have solved my problem on my own without their help. Great sales staff that rather you leave with the right bike that you will enjoy for years than whatever makes them the most money. Coolest showroom in town. Financing was easy, and I left with a good deal, a great bike, and a wonderful experience. Thanks guys.

Great service and good prices. When my husband and I went in to browse we didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and they let us know all of our options. My husband bought a bike that day and we took it home and they were able to set up a transfer to get me the bike I wanted in the color I wanted. A week and a half later and my bike was ready for me to come get. Their new location is great and any bikes in the future I'll go back again.

Night and day difference from the big city dealerships! I recently purchased a new Honda here. I came in a little stressed about this process, but Saxon has made the experience relaxing and pleasant. He stayed honest, attentive, professional, and respectful the whole time, and helped me find the best way for me to buy a brand-new bike. It was well worth the 45 minutes trip, and I'd do it again no doubt.
