It is very difficult to deal with to get the name changed of who paid and the driver. Told had been doing these switches for 2 years but took 1 HOUR and 3 different go to the end of the line and wait your turn with each step. Had confirmation number for prior payment by the place we were going to visit. Would NOT recommend.

Ongoing construction, massive baggage delays, constant movement of ride share location, reduced space and bathrooms continue to plague this airport. There are limited signs, baggage took over 45 minutes to make it to the claim, Uber pick up moves often and now there is a narrow space to move through the main part of the terminal. On top of overly expensive ticket prices compared to other airports, this airport continues to become more and more difficult to reasonably use and pay for. As construction nears almost two years+, there doesn't seem to be an end or plan in sight for customer service.

Even through it’s a small airport and everything should be faster- short staff or it seems it’s takes hours to unload the luggage’s from the plane. Ugh

Ohh I have a whole list of things that really are meant for American Airlines! I brought my service dog with me (and yes she is a REAL service dog.) I had all necessary paperwork with me but they wouldn’t allow me to board with her because the paperwork wasn’t submitted on line. However the pdf fillable for it would not allow me to submit it. The supervisor couldn’t help because she wasn’t available that early in the morning (5:30 am flight). I rebooked for the following day.. everything went fine but as we were about to take off I had a medical emergency (incarcerated appendix.. very painful and rare). I was taken to a nearby hospital for emergency surgery. Meanwhile my luggage went on to Ohio and when I tried to get it back after several infuriating phone calls that just put me in a program loop as did the website, I had to physically go to the airport to ask them to look for it. After 10 days it was at XNA but it sat in the supervisor’s office! If you are over 60, or with a disability, or just struggle to navigate this impatient world, don’t go AMERICAN AIRLINES. And just so you know I have a Ph.D and I am tech savvy!

It was my husband's first ever flight. We chose XNA because it's just over an hour from us. Everyone else we know uses Springfield, MO. They can keep it. Well keep using XNA!
The garage parking is easy to use and kept our car protected. Everything was simple to navigate or find. East to read signs, wide doorways and spotless restrooms. Even the local gift shop was inexpensive. Why go anywhere else?
