This is not a REAL Cruise America but rather a franchisee. They will try their best to charge you you for $50 for dirty RV, or $60 empty black tank ….they will charge you. Do not rent from here go to cruise America at Carson instead.

Be very careful with this rental company, Hyundai dealership uses this place when your vehicles is being serviced. I have reported in the past their vehicles smelling like smoke once i turned on the AC to minor dents. Now they’re trying to pull a scam to a loyal Hyundai customer , I have reported their wrong doing to the Hyundai Corporation and dealerships + filed a report with the BBB and the consumer affairs to investigate with their shady business practices. They are very unprofessional, BE VERY CAREFUL!! WARNING ⚠️

The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!

I have utilized Xpress Auto rental previously and their service hands down is awesome. They are a family owed company with great cars and vans for rent. Easy rental process you are in and out in 10 mins. I have had my current for going on 4 weeks and my extensions were an easy phone call and done. You need a car rental you cant beat them.

Hired a car from these guys to tour around the LA area for a week. Found them to be very straightforward and easy to deal with.
Toyota Corolla was fairly new and nice and clean.
All in all a good service. Thumbs up from me.

Would give zero if it let me...Worst customer service...we rented an RV for a week long trip the RV was invested with ants we couldn't store food for fear of a bigger infestation...called multiple times throughout our tip for help or advise on the situation with no response or advise and when we returned the RV the people didn't seem to care or offer any sort of apology or reimbursement

I wouldn't even give this place one star to be honest. I went here to rent a car and received a dirty car which I was fine with because I was in a hurry and needed to rent a car ASAP. However, when I went to return the car, an employee named Lucas accused me of smoking cigarettes in the car and leaving ashes everywhere. For one, I don't even smoke cigarettes, and two, I received the car when it was dirty, so that's exactly how I returned it to him. He said I had to take the car to get cleaned or pay a $100 fee. I payed $35 to have the car cleaned and returned it in a nicer condition than when I received it. Lucas had a very rude demeanor, therefore I would not recommend renting a car from Xpress Auto Rental. They are also overpriced; they charged me $239 every week. Save your money and rent elsewhere.
