Last summer, I hired Xtreme Supreme to detail my two cars. The job was completed in a rushed manner. A single person completed both jobs in less than six hours. When I inspected the work, I discovered numerous spots that had been missed on both vehicles. I called them to provide this feedback and was offered nothing to correct the issue. So I posted a review on Yelp, along with photos. The owner Xavier called me apologizing profusely. He offered to provide a full refund for one car ($500) and then to detail the other car for free at a later date, "when the car gets dirty again." I didn't feel right about taking the money, so suggested that he simply detail both cars at a later date and he agreed. Since I have a monthly subscription at my local car wash, both cars get hand-washed weekly. I decided to wait until spring after the rainy season had passed to schedule the follow-up. My regular cadence is a yearly detail -- I'm not aware of anyone who has their car detailed more frequently than that, but perhaps I'm mistaken. When I called to schedule the follow-up, I was informed that since 11 months had passed, they would no longer honor our agreement. Instead, they offered a $250 discount on $1,000 of detailing for the two cars. This is 1/4 of the value of our original agreement. So I decided to permanently part ways with these guys and re-post this review. I won't be doing business with this establishment ever again. Buyers beware...

I rent rooms and the guests staying got into a fight between themselves leaving blood everywhere. Because I was so pleased with the work they did for me a year ago, I called them first. They scheduled me for two days out, explained to me that this is not there usual business practice but, I didn't care, to me it is the same thing you do for a car in a bigger area. I told them to do what they can because I'm loosing money every day I can't rent the room. The employee showed up with her PPE at 9am sharp and was done by 11am. That carpet was from the 80's and had not been cleaned in the 10 years I have been managing the property. I was totally surprised at how nice the room looked when she was done she exceeded my expectations. She even moved the furniture to clean and then put it back. The room was back in business the next day. I was happy with the results and the bill.

I was at a lost for words when my rv was retuned back from a rental in an utterly unbelievable state. I literally thought that there was no hope until Xstreme Supreme came to my rescue. The owner Xavier assured me that everything would be okay and told me "not to worry that his team would have my RV as good as new". All I can say is WOW! If I had any doubts by the time they completed the job all I can say is that they have a customer for life. Thank you fist off for rearranging the scheduling and prioritizing my situation and secondly for doing such an amazing job. God bless you and your team, see you all again soon.

This was an amazing service! My car was an absolute disaster, as the windows had been accidentally left open during a huge storm. I don't know how he did it, but Trent came and now my car is like brand new! Really great quality work, and really nice people as well. Omg, my hubbys truck looked like it was 20 years old ( that dirty) this co. made it look brand new again because its a 2017😂😂 VERY detailed!!! Love it! Next my truck😁
