Rented a 12 passenger van for a trip to Arizona and it was a horrible experience. Their vehicles are not properly maintenance. Tires were not balanced so it was a bumpy 10+ hour drive to Arizona. We had to get the tires balance ourselves, taking away time from our "stress-free" vacation. Rear AC was blowing out HOT air so everyone in the back had suffer for 20+ hours.

If you enjoy a STRESSFUL family vacation, AC that blows hot air in the summer, and likes to take time to go to a tire shop in the middle of your vacation, then I recommend renting from this place. If not, then STAY AWAY from here.
