Throughout this entire experience everyone I spoke with and was helped by was extremely kind! Spoke over the phone at one point about getting repairs on my Honda ST1100 to figure out why it's no starting. Talked about getting it in, even came out to tow the bike, unfortunately on arrival they said they wouldn't be able to work on my motorcycle as it similar to a goldwing, which takes a LOT of time to work on (the whole reason I didn't want to work on it myself.) Which I understand why the mechanic doesn't want to work on Goldwing's or bikes like it. Just got my hopes up to have them dashed at the last second. Still, excellent customer service and while I completely understand the reasoning for not working on the bike, I'm still disappointed. Would love to have left a higher review as I have said everyone was very kind, but ultimately I never ended up getting my bike serviced which has left me looking for other shops.

Pretty good service. Came in to get my '16 CBR500 chain replaced (I didn't do a good job of keeping it properly adjusted). Spoke to Cheese on the phone on a Wed - he was pretty straightforward about price estimate and time to get the work done. Brought the bike in on that Friday, told me it'd be done the same day, ready for afternoon pickup but I couldn't make it back in town from work before they closed (and I couldn't pick it up Sat either because of work), so I asked if it'd be cool to get the bike Tuesday and he said yeah (no charge, but I did notice at the front any holds longer than 3 days after service they'd charge). Came back that Tues morning, chain was new and lubed. Cost was about as much as I expected, especially since I don't yet have the tools to do the work myself. Definitely did a good job. Nothing on the bike is out of place, runs just like it did when I first got the bike 2 years ago. Overall I think I'll return next time I need this type of service!

They were able to squeeze me in to get my tired pulled from my wheels rather quickly and on short notice, which was awesome. However, their tire machine marred my brand new wheels in several places. This may not be a fault of their own, as it is known that some tire machines do this. But just be advised that their tire machine does slightly damage your wheels. I had them remove the rubbers as I am getting the wheels powder coated. And I unfortunately will not return to have them placed back on because I do not want my fresh powder damaged.

I do all my own repairs on my bike, because i cant afford to pay someone else to do what I can do for free.. But when I need parts quick, youngs has taken care of me on multiple occasions. They usually either have what I needed (gaskets) or get it within 24-36 hours. Always friendly, good dudes, and take care of their customers

Friendly service. Will use all resources to repair your bike. They explain maintenance needed in detail so you know exactly what they need to do and how much it will cost you I will never take my bike any where else. As Ebe told me a while back "your home". Need I say more... Glyn J
